After being wounded in 2023, a 21-year-old Ukrainian military man wakes up in December 2013, in the midst of the Revolution of Dignity. For him, the Maidan is a story he knows from textbooks. But now he can see it live: walk along the streets of Kyiv with thousands of people, find himself among the barricades, feel incredible elation, meet people who do not yet know what exactly will happen to Ukraine in the coming years. He looks at the Maidan through the eyes of his generation — knowing the future, but experiencing the past for the first time as a personal experience.
